The 46’ wide, tri-level granite fountain in front of Forest Park Medical Center is comprised of 24 clear stream nozzles in the lower pool and 16 water level dependent cascade nozzles surrounding a large frothy nozzle in the center. Both the solid granite wall structure of the exterior fountain and two solid granite water walls with basins in the hospital lobby were prefabricated in the company-owned German plant. Starting with preliminary concept designs and collaborating closely with the architects, landscape architects, and general contractor, Kusser Fountainworks designed and built the water features, within budget and on schedule, to provide a grand entrance to the surgery facility, and a calming ambiance to the luxurious lobby atrium.
