In your first year of training, you’ll enjoy a monthly salary of €1,200; in your final year, €1,400. On top of that you’ll receive 30 days’ holiday.

You will work with one of the oldest building materials in the world and with machines that can precisely cut and mill raw blocks weighing several tonnes. From the quarry to the finished product, you’ll be involved in every step: sawing, grinding, milling and assembly. You will learn traditional manual trades as well as state-of-the-art composite techniques. You’ll be out on the road, but also in the production shop – just what you need for a bit of variety. And you’ll not only help in creating bridges and fountains, but also our exclusive solid granite Kusserpool.

Excavators, wheeled loaders, trucks - this trade is all about the really big machines. You will maintain, inspect, and repair all our construction and transport equipment - either on the premises or outside on site. Whether it’s hydraulic systems, electrical systems, or engine technology: you’ll learn how to identify and rectify faults. If you love technology but also like to get stuck in, then look no further.

As a mechanical engineering technician apprentice, you make sure everything runs smoothly here on our premises - quite literally. You will maintain, repair, and assemble components, machinery and plant used in the factory or on construction sites. You’ll be working with the latest tools, a lot of metal, and a team who will teach you step by step. Here finesse is just as important as technical understanding or being mechanically minded.

Want to combine theory with practice and, looking ahead, plan, manage and implement projects yourself? Then the cooperative study programme in civil engineering is just for you: You will study at a technical university, while work simultaneously working with us. You’ll benefit from a broad technical foundation on site, in the factory and when planning jobs. You’ll be part of our team right from the start and gain an insight into challenging projects using natural stone, solid construction, and custom structures.
